Patients research their condition long before they reach you; And what they find comes from social media; search engines, and general AI chatbots. This means they often arrive with the wrong expectations, or at the wrong specialist altogether. 4Cori gives clinicians their own information library. One recording becomes a set of short videos in your own voice; and in the languages your patients speak. I am Dr Dries van den Heever; a robotic and laparoscopic urological surgeon - based in the Western Cape. The 4Cori approach to patient information was developed in the United Kingdom; and is now being adapted for South African practice. Much of my consultation time goes on the same explanations, given again and again. A video covers that groundwork once; so I spend clinic time on the patient in front of me - and it can also be produced in multiple languages.
