The 4Cori Delivery Process

Getting started with 4Cori typically takes six weeks from onboarding to publication, and you'll have a single point of contact throughout. The total time required by a clinician through the process is around one hour in person, and one to two hours remotely. We work through a structured 6 step process to create your video suite - starting with Onboarding. Here we confirm your aims and getting you set up in our platform. From there, we agree the video topics. If you have existing materials - articles, images, video clips - we can incorporate those. If you need support with topic selection, we provide that too. 4Cori then produces the first draft of every script. You review and refine in your own time - in writing or by voice note. For avatar filming, we'll find a convenient slot in your schedule and come to you with all the equipment. It takes approximately 45 minutes, with minimal preparation required. Once you're happy with the likeness of the avatar, we'll create all the videos in English. There will be two rounds of review and once approved, we move to the AI-driven translations. The complete suite is then published privately for your review, and goes live once you give final approval. After publishing your suite, we provide secure hosting for your videos, as well as viewer analytics - and support for content updates, and new videos as your requirements evolve.
