At 4Cori - privacy, data security, and clinical responsibility are at the center of how we work. 4Cori holds a 'PIF TICK' certification - the UK quality mark for trusted health information. We are also ICO registered and Cyber Essentials certified. Secure video hosting is provided by Vimeo - an enterprise grade hosting platform, independently audited for data security, with all content encrypted both in transit and when stored. For clinician avatars, we are partnered with Synthesia - a UK-based platform holding the highest independent certifications for data security and responsible AI use. You retain full ownership of your digital likeness, and your content throughout - with nothing published without your express consent. That consent can also be withdrawn at any time, with full deletion of your data upon request. Turning to patient data: 4Cori never collects or stores personalised patient data. Interactive features - such as PROMs-capture surveys; quizzes; or appointment links - are fully anonymised within 4Cori, and responses instead go directly to your own systems. On content quality: only registered medical professionals can create patient-facing content on 4Cori. Licensed clinicians can cover diagnosis, treatments and procedures as well as overviews of medical institutions, prescription drugs, medical devices and clinical trials. There are some topics that are never allowed, including: unverified health claims, unauthorised medical advice or triage, content contradicting established clinical guidance, and promotional sale of prescription drugs and devices. To assure quality, every video goes through automated screening followed by registered medical professional sign-off.
